Do you provide out-of-court solutions to EU consumers having a dispute against a trader?
Then this is your chance to be part of the biggest virtual consumer ADR event in the EU. The Commission is inviting over 400 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities in the EU and other consumer stakeholders for a virtual ADR assembly.
The objectives of the Assembly are to facilitate networking, to capture the lessons learnt from the impact of COVID-19 on ADR and to reflect how to improve the ADR experience.
Please note that you can now register for the event and have a look to the provisional agenda.
From the very beginning of September, you will be asked to choose the preferred parallel sessions: you will receive a communication email when the selection will be available.
Should you be interested in joining the networking activities, from the 1st September 2021, you will also be able to request 1:1 meetings.
